Indutrade issues a bond loan of SEK 500 million

Indutrade AB (publ) has issued a senior unsecured bond of SEK 500 million with a tenor of 5.25 years.

The bond loan amounts to SEK 500 million and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR +1.35%. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used for refinancing of existing loans and for general corporate purposes.

Indutrade will apply for the new bond to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm's Corporate Bond List.

Handelsbanken and Nordea has acted as financial advisors in connection with the new bond issue.
