Indutrade acquires manufacturer of industrial labels

Indutrade today signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Topflight AB, Sweden, with annual sales of approximately SEK 60 million.

Topflight develops, manufactures and supplies innovative and functional self-adhesive label solutions for industrial use. The main product areas are warning signs, badges for product profiling and regulatory stickers.

Possession will be transferred today, and the company will be part of Indutrade’s Special Products business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
