Indutrade acquires ProFlex AS in Norway

Indutrade today signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Pro-Flex AS in Bergen, Norway (www.pro-flex.no), with annual sales of approximately NOK 90 million.

Pro-Pro-Flex is a technology sales company that supplies hoses and couplings to the Norwegian industry. Customers are mainly in the fishing industry, food production, defense, shipbuilding, agriculture and offshore sectors.

Possession takes place today and the company will be part of Indutrade’s Flow Technology business area.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
