Indutrade acquires Swedish technology sales company Saniflex AB / New CFO appointed at Indutrade

Indutrade AB has signed an agreement to acquire all the shares in Saniflex AB. The company’s annual sales amount to approximately SEK 10 M. Saniflex is a supplier of hose and pipe components as well as instruments to the Nordic process industry. Their customers are to be found in the pharmaceutical, food and biotechnical sectors. The acquisition of Saniflex will further strengthen Indutrade’s position in the process technology product segment. The acquisition is expected to have a marginal positive effect on Indutrade’s earnings per share. The acquisition of Saniflex takes effect as of December 1, 2005. Olle Olofsson has been appointed new CFO for Indutrade AB. He is succeeding Peter Hambert who is leaving Indutrade at his own request. Olle Olofsson enters upon his duties on January 1, 2006. His latest employment was as CFO at Arcorus, an engineering group owned by the Swedish private equity company Ratos. Olle Olofsson is well experienced as CFO within different companies.
