Indutrade AB’s website and cookie policy

This website policy describes how we process personal data and how we use cookies on our website. If you have any questions about our processing of your personal data or our use of cookies, you are welcome to contact us at privacy@indutrade.com.

Indutrade AB’s processing of your personal data

What personal data do you collect and for what purposes, and what is the legal basis for this?

In connection with your registration as a subscriber to our press releases and/or interim reports, we need to collect your email address. If you register to attend one of our annual meetings, we need to collect your name, your address, your personal identity number and your email address. This personal data is collected directly from you.

Indutrade AB will process your personal data in order to send you press releases and interim reports, and/or for administrative purposes regarding your attendance at an annual meeting as per your request.

The legal basis for the processing that is done to send you our press releases and/or interim reports is your consent. The consequence of you not providing us the aforementioned personal data is that we would not be able to send you our press releases and/or interim reports. However, you can withdraw your consent for us to process your personal data for this purpose at any time by contacting Indutrade AB at privacy@indutrade.com or support.se@cision.se. The legal basis for the processing that is done for administrative purposes regarding your attendance at an annual meeting is based on a consideration of interests. This means that Indutrade AB is of the opinion that the processing of your personal data for this purpose overrides any infringement on your integrity that you are subject to in connection with this processing. The result of this consideration of interests is grounded mainly in the fact that the processing of your personal data is as restricted as possible and that you have the right at any time to discontinue this relationship with Indutrade AB.

Who has access to your personal data, and how long is it stored?

The personal data that you provide to us may be shared with Indutrade AB’s external vendors (such as IT service providers) to the extent necessary to administer and send out subscription emails as per your request. However, your personal data will not otherwise be forwarded, sold, exchanged or shared with other companies, organisations or private persons without your consent. Only persons within Indutrade AB who need to process your personal data for the purposes stated above have access to the personal data. In addition, Indutrade has taken suitable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from loss and unauthorised access, among other things.

Indutrade AB stores your personal data until you choose to unsubscribe from press releases and/or interim reports, or until the data is no longer needed for administrative purposes for your attendance and an annual meeting. Thereafter your personal data is saved for not longer than one year, unless you request that your personal data be erased earlier (see your rights described below).
